We are currently trading multiple store in NSW & SA. We have five sushi bars (Martin Place, Wynyard, 388 George locali by Romeos, Summer hill, South Eveleigh) in New South Wales and six sushi bars (Rundle mall, Royal Park, Erindale, Mawson Lakes, Stirling, McLaren Vale) in South Australia.

We are located at Foodland in Adelaide area, and IGA in Sydney area.
All stores preparation area of the Emperor sushi bar is full view to shoppers within the supermarket.

Our Emperor sushi bar mission is provide to customer high quality fresh sushi everyday and offer for low price. You will be produce, pack and display quality sushi. We are seeking experienced sushi maker or sushi chef.

About you(Requirements):
-Cutting skill
-Experience in a Japanese kitchen Or sushi bar minimum 3months.
-Knowledge of Japanese cuisine and sushi rolling. (Nigiri, Sashimi, Hand Roll, Small Roll, Inside Out Roll)
-Able to communicate with customers and maintain good relationships.
-Have a strong work ethic and highly motivated.
-Team player with respectful team work environment.
-Have a positive can do attitude, driven and passionate about work and a team player.
-High attention for food safety.
