房子位于西边２８７第九站，10分钟直达ｕｎｉｓａ　和阿大
出租的是间　Ｍａｓｔｅｒ　Ｒｏｏｍ

带步入式衣帽间和独立卫生间，还有一个小阳台　房间很大，放了张ＱＵＥＥＮ　ＳＩＺＥ的床还是有很多的空间，房间还带有床头柜和五斗柜，加上衣帽间，衣服绝对够放

总共三个房间都在２楼，楼下是客厅和厨房还有一个杂物间。其他两个房间都各住一个人，他们平时都要上班很少在家。

除了房间里的独立卫浴，外面还有２个卫生间，楼上一个，楼下一个

家里装了ｓｏｌａｒ　ｐｏｗｅｒ，可以省很多电费

附近有亚洲超市，中国餐馆，Foodland, IGA等。到机场也很方便，开车5分钟可到。(

朋友，您要是10月中旬到12月中旬的话，我这有个房子包您满意，在131 ashbrook ave， trinity gardens, 是一个两层的大房子不是小townhouse，你可以查一查小区的评分以及位置离市区非常近，小区当然是富人区，房子是09年建的，无论是花园还是内部都是相当的大，而且还有安全警报，两个车库，我和女朋友正好10月中旬回国所以master room空出来，房子我和朋友一起谦的一套600，这个条件的房子加上这样的地理位置masterroom220是正常，但是因为朋友关系masterroom付180，所以您要想租可以联系我 0433330312 短信或者直接电话都可。

你好，入住的话我可能是短期，10月中寻入住1月中或1月底搬走，因为彻底回国了，具体几号还不确定，因为要等学位认证，我们是couple入住，这样的话可以嘛？价钱可以在低一些吗？谢谢
