科恩地产中介服务态度真差啊

To be frank and fair,

"Ke En" real estate is the few companies in this bbs, which is bold enough to stand out to face directly to customers' complaints and made an apology.  We shoud appreciate their attitude and approch towards customers.  Real estate business is different with other business, sometimes it is really difficult to "control" or manage its individual staffs due to its typical management style.  I just appreciate "Ke En's" attitude towards this individual issue, every one will make mistakes, and we have to appreciate and learn to accept his or her appology.

I have multiple cases with some other local real estate agents, and they did not apology as "Ke En" did when they made a mistake.
