Full furnished house.
Newly built house.
All asian background house mates live.
Close to city in 15mins by car.
Close to Churchill shopping centre and costco in 3min by car, and in 10mins by walking.
Bus stop in 5mins by walking.
Asian mart, chemistware house and restaurants in 5min by walking.
Very convinced location.
$200/week including bills and nbn. minimum stay for 3months. If bills are over the budget, will be divided among house mates to pay over the amounts only.
Only 4 people live in the house and only need to share bathroom with one person.
Very tidy and clean house.
No smoking, party, inviting friends and pets.
