地址：urbanest ; 12 Bank Street, ADELAIDE SA 5000 Australia.

city的URBANEST APARTMENT，离南澳大学和阿大都很近，就在RAILWAY STATION对面。这是一个6个房间的APARTMENt，房间里面家具是齐全的，还有一个独立卫生间，不过厨房是要share, very privacy。

今年2月新开的公寓

房间是6个房间公用一个厨房的，现在住了3人.... + 2 guys which also stay until 31 dec only...

原本一周租金$225　我自己贴$45 　$180/per week 租给你.......

11月28日租出去，合同期到今年12月31日，一共6周，亦可续租

公寓前台处转合同，各种放心啦。

直接来看房吧。building是全新的。。。

Sorry guys, for information, my room is quite small for 2 people, but if u guys don mind to squeeze, is welcome....but i do feel that this room is better for single ......

the bed is SINGLE king size bed only.....1 person is very comfortable, 2 people is alittle bit small....

hope u guys understood......

couple is welcome if u guys don mind to sleep in single king size bed.....they is no limit in this apartment...u can bring as many peopl as u like....as long not affect others can alr....

21 nov as i'll only finish my exam on 17 nov.... sorry abt it....i'm ok if u guys don mind to sleep in singlle king size bed....is depend on u guys as the whole room is under u guys control ....just i scare will abit small....

is depend on u...not me...as they don have any limit u can live with how many people, but then i just scare the bed is too small as is only single king size...if u guys don mind to squeeze, i'm ok with it....feel free to come have a look of the room....
