Job Highlights:
-Experience in the migration industry
-Proven knowledge of practising migration law and procedure
-Provide immigration advice and lodging visa application
-Leading and assisting the migration team to provide professional consultation to the client

Key Responsibilities:
-To provide professional legal advice on migration matters
-Research legislation cases and precedents whenever required.
-Responsible for preparing legal / migration documentation and submit to the Department of Home Affairs and/or the Administrative Appeals Tribunal
-Managing casework and client files.
-Researching cases to provide clients with the most effective & practical solution on their migration pathway
-Responsible for drafting and reviewing submissions addressing a range of issues such as Character, Family Violence and Waivers etc.
-Act in accordance with the Code of Conduct is administered by the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA).
-Ability to deal effectively with relevant authorities including Skills assessing bodies, Immigration SA, Department of Home Affairs.

Job Requirements:
-Proven knowledge of practising migration law and procedure
-Good communication and interpersonal skills at all levels
-Excellent command of both written and spoken English
-Must have valid professional insurance
