We're on the lookout for a bookkeeping assistant.

You will be part of a small team that handles day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks.

The hours are flexible, and the position could be offered as a part-time or full-time position. You will report directly to the managing director.



We're looking for someone who can learn quickly, but we're a laid-back bunch, so you'll pick up most things as you go.

You will be working in the city, but there may be opportunities for you to work from home.



Your responsibilities include the following:

• Monthly profit-and-loss and balance-sheet reporting

• Journal and accrual processing on a daily basis

• Assisting with balance sheet reconciliation

• Budgeting, forecasting, and profit and loss analysis on a weekly basis
