ABOUT THE POSITION

This is a great opportunity for an experienced finance/admin officer to join our small, dynamic and fast-growing team. With premium wine productions based in a top class wine region, the brand has a long and well established reputation in Australia. The right candidate will have the outstanding opportunity to develop and grow with the role, quickly becoming an integral part of this business. The permanent full-time role will be based in Adelaide with opportunities to travel to the picturesque wine region and work in our beautiful cellar door from time to time.

You will work with the management team closely and manage some of the very important finance operations as well as some day-to-day office duties  including assistance with the accurate and effective capture of financial information, management of A/P, A/R, and bank reconciliations, etc; order processing and general office duties as required. By working with accountant and management closely, you will have great training opportunities and exposure to management reporting and other accounting functions.   

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

To be successful in this role, you will already possess at least 2 years’ experience in a similar position with proven admin and financial skills. Tertiary qualifications in Accounting and/or Finance equivalent are desirable but not essential; A thorough and organised approach to all tasks with a strong attention to detail and accuracy is required; Previous experience in the wine industry and proficiency in the use of Ezywine system will be highly regarded.

Remuneration will be commensurate with experience and performance.
