有出生证了要公民证干嘛？

如果有个人在这边出生，但不代表他事这里的公民啊

根据官网说明，外国的出生证明才需要澳洲公民证明。
"You will need to provide the child's full original Australian (or foreign) birth certificate. Where a foreign birth certificate is presented you must also provide an approved translation if necessary and an Australian citizenship certificate. "
