About the role:
Leading a team who will produce a range of Sushi Products
Manage, lead and train a diverse team
Managing the Back of house operations and sushi production
Ensure Sushi Sushi policies and procedures are followed
Compliance of the Food Safety and Safety standards
Cash and stock control including cost of goods (COGS)
Represent Sushi Sushi to the highest degree of professionalism

Applicant must have:
1-2 years prior experience as a chef preferred
Strong hospitality experience in kitchen and BOH operations
Previous Sushi production experience preferred
Experience Leading a team
Knowledge and experience of complying to food safety requirements and standards
A passion for delivering the highest quality product and service
Exceptional communication skills
Ability and willingness to work weekends
Excellent attention to detail and multi-tasking ability essential
