400 Gradi is looking forward to hire a full time salaried chef with ability to work independently and as part of a small team.

Position available: Grill/ Cold Larder/ Pastry

The Successful candidate will have:

Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with speed and quality.
Great personal hygiene and grooming standards.
Should be able to communicate, read and write clearly and effectively.
Able to produce quality product in a timely and efficient manner for the guests or staff.

Requirements

Proven work experience as a Chef or Cook
Availability to work full time
Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment (e.g. grills and pans experience)
Ability to remain calm and undertake various tasks under pressure
Excellent time management abilities
Up-to-date knowledge of cooking technique
CERT III in commercial cookery/ partisserie
