' e) ?$ V8 k. _- k5 X3 C8 w! M一般合同会有尾款付款额，就是为了保护你的权益，你完全可以通过前两条违约来扣除尾款，这样你就占据主动性，他们不服可以找律师来找你要回尾款，但鉴于他们的确是违约，所以他们会找你协商，然后双方再商量你满意的方案 6 {# V. V5 Q. f- e R
