2 available rooms in a 3 room apartment in Mawson Lakes. The apartment has 1 bathroom, modern kitchen with dishwasher, and central air-con. Tenants can use gym and pool facilities in the building.

I am looking for a clean, educated, organized and respectful person. If you are interested please contact me for a possible inspection.

Key information:
- You will share the apartment with a Colombian PhD Student (male, 37 years old.)
- room 1 is 185/week and room 2 is 180/week.
- Applications for 1 single tenant willing to take both rooms will be prioritised (final price negotiable).
- Room 1 includes a covered parking spot.
- Electricity, WiFi, and water are included, but I ask for a reasonable use.
- Other basic amenities are included such as tissue paper, and some cleaning products.
- House rules: -no smoking, -no pets allowed, -no overnight guest.
