Room available in modern 3 level townhouse in Todd Place in the city. Walk to central markets. Close to city south tram stop and free connector bus.

Walk 5 minutes to china town.

Rent includes electricity and wireless internet. (洗碗机,中央空调, 42"LCD电视,家庭影院还有 200+的DVD电影, 反正该有的都有了, 就差你了{:4_155:} )

Room has queen size bed with a desk, chair and built in cupboards.

2 weeks bond plus 2 weeks rent in advance. no pet!!!
