Energy Spurt is a fast-growing Australian renewable energy company established by a passionate team with over 10 years of industry experience. We specialise in the wholesale supply of solar and energy storage products to businesses across Australia and continue to expand our national presence.

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our SA office in Welland.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong communication skills, and is looking to build a long-term career with a growing Australian business.

Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
• Process orders and support daily sales operations
• Coordinate with sales, procurement, warehouse and accounts teams
• Maintain accurate customer and order records
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Provide timely support and solutions to customers
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Strong English communication skills
✔ Professional phone manner and interpersonal skills
✔ Reliable, organised and detail-oriented
✔ Basic Microsoft Office knowledge
✔ Customer service/admin experience preferred
✔ Positive attitude and willingness to learn
