The house is in the heart of the city, 2 minutes walk from the Central Market/Chinatown and Coles supermarket. You can walk to Uni or catch the free bus service ‘City Loop 99C’, which stops just around the corner from the house(City Loop clockwise get off at Morphett St, City Loop anticlockwise get off at the first stop on Grote St.).
$155 per week rent, which includes all electricity, gas and water costs.
Also included is 15GB of download on a high-speed (ADSL2+) internet connection.
