t is a townhouse, which address is 5a birksgate drive, urrbrae, 5064. It has 3 bedroom, 2 are double bedrooms, one is single. Now my boyfriend and me live in a double bedroom, and I use the single one as my study room, then want to rent another double bedroom to a couple.
The whole house is fully furnished. The double bedroom for rent we will charge $200 per week, included all bills and wifi which has morn than 500G per month.
The house location is very good, near the hill, and the crossing of several main roads, so the environment is great and there are lot of bus can go to city.
My boyfriend is a Australian, has a full time job. I am a Chinese, study in university. We both are very nice tidy quiet. Looking forward to find the housemate who are nice tidy quiet no smoking no pets too.
