1. Mandarin & English speaking family (a couple + a toddler)
2. Private big room with a window ( a house of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms)
3. Comfortable bed
4. Big Robe
5. Access to TV, 100g ADSL Broadband
6. Desk and chair
7. Private bathroom
8. Lots of space available
9. Chinese style cooking meals include breakfast and dinner
10. Nice and quiet neighborhood, extremely convenient shopping around
