Two large sized rooms available now in a five-bedroom house. The rooms are fully furnished with a double bed, plenty of wardrobes, desk, lamp and chair. The house has a spacious lounge room and dining area, a big kitchen, two bathrooms, a large backyard with a beautiful valley view and entertaining areas. All utilities are available for tenants. The rent $135/w includes all bills(Gas, electricity, internet and water). The room is for a female student only.

说明：一女生将于2012年7月31日搬走，特招租女生入住，房间家具齐全，厨房整洁明亮，两个大冰箱，容量充足。

主人为母女二人，住楼上。楼上和楼下都有洗手间和厕所，互不干扰。
