交通情况

位于西南区anzac highway第 10 站,闹中取静, 交通十分便利, 100,101,135,262,263,264,265下车走 2 分钟, 240,245,248,M44下车走4分钟, tram下车走5分钟,看到那么多路车,熟息阿村情况的人都应该知道这个绝对是在15mins zone区域内, 哪怕周末等车都不会超过15分钟,更不用说平时周中了；

基本5-10分钟一班车到city；你如果愿意活动一下腿脚,走个5分钟到tram有轨电车站,又多一个选择；连半夜都有n262路车到,所以如果哪天在外面晚了都不怕没车回家。

区域情况

一点儿没夸张，迈脚出家门就是COLES大超市！门口的银行、邮局、加油站、饭店pub等等都不用说了,都在走路2分钟的半径内. 如果你觉得还不够爽,稍微动动腿脚多走几步就到Kurralta Park 的Shopping Center, 包括K-MART等等吃喝穿用大小店铺。房子不是在主路上，没有汽车交通的繁杂噪音，而是闹中取静。

房屋情况

自买自住，全家具，queen size 大床，全电器，冷暖空调，拎包入住。 unlimited ADSL2 网络流量，家庭影院，中文卫视、其他详情请参考上面图片（家具摆设有变）

本人平时工作较忙，看房周末和平时晚上为佳，请电话短信预约，谢谢理解。

出租情况

1*大卧。每周房租: $120单人Share Bill。 $140单人包括所有费用（水、电、网、洗衣粉洗洁精卫生纸清洁用品等等等等日常杂用）！ 2月初始租！六个月起租, 四周押金, 退租提前三周通知
