Basically every tenant needs to pay 450 dollars which's reasonable,actually quite inexpensive ,considering where the apartment's located and the nice conditions of that.
but preferably going to seek a room in southern direction far away from CBD.

rate is "$890.78 per person" (not for the entire apartment), 哈，可能是楼上误解了，核算下来一个人每周208左右，在这个区域房价是有些偏高，但是物有所值。交通购物都很方便。每间房间和中介直接签的协议，不存在二房东：）

主要是位置好，出门就是餐馆，酒吧，快餐店，购物，应有尽有。物有所值吧。
