Education Counselor - Specialized in Australia Education System

Your responsibilities include:

Providing accurate information and professional advice to prospective students, their families and other clients
Facilitating the student enrolment process
Assisting team leader to conduct marketing and promotional activities

The selection criteria include:

Experience working in a similar role and understand the needs of international students
Demonstrated sales achievement and the ability to work in a team
Good MS skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English & Chinese. Applicants speak both Mandarin and Cantonese are highly regarded.
High level of problem solving and negotiation skills
Knowledge of Australia education framework and visa issues
Experiences in organizing student activities are highly regarded

Admission Assistant 1 (part-time, 20 hours/week)

Your responsibilities include but not limited to:

Providing customer services to students, clients and partner institutes
Providing accurate information to prospective students and their families
Assisting Admission officer and education counselors to facilitate the student enrolment process
General office duties
Handling incoming phone calls

Applicants who have experiences in working in a customer service environment and organizing student activities are highly regarded. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English & Chinese and professional phone manner are essential.
