跟朋友一起求租一套两人或者三人间的房子。因为暑假要回国，能接受2月10号左右的预定的为佳。
请有意愿出租房子的朋友发一下房子的具体信息（sharebill 交通状况等）不胜感激。

I have three new single rooms available immediately in Parkside.
The house has four bedrooms and currently only one girl student lives there.
Parkside is at the south-eastern edge of the city. It is a neat,
safe and quiet suburb and close to city(Bus Stop 3, you may walk to city, Unisa and Ade. Uni.).
$120/per-room includes all bills. 200GB BroadBand, Air-Con, Full Fur. Not smokers and Pets please.
