东区第2站学生公寓招租

标准单人间，约13平米，提供全家具，冷暖空调，冰箱等。两间相邻房间共用一个卫生间。

每层均有厨房和洗衣房。洗衣机和干衣机均为每小时1刀。

租金180/周，含水电，每月3G流量无线网络。G层餐厅每周6天提供晚餐（餐费自付）。

步行3分钟至bus站，10分钟到city。步行20-30分钟到north terrace或china town。

We also regularlyconsult our residents to ensure we provide and maintain the level and standardof accommodation and support they reasonably expect.
