Im a student pilot, 20 years old, male, clean, tidy.
living in mawson lakes now, looking for better place to move in.

move before 15th of June, coz my apartment contract ends on that day.

Apartment, House, whatever is fine for me.

Nice and Clean Housemate.

Require : Air-condition, Internet, Washing machine.

its really nice, but the location is making life quite difficult for me coz i do not drive ;(((
is there desk in room thats big enough for study btw? n air-con?

Yes, the desk is big enough for studying and we have 8 zone centralising air-condition (cold and heat). I highly recommend you come in and have a look at the house first after you are back in July. It won't let you down i promise, walking 5 mins to train station and up to 15 mins to campus, i would suggest you buy a bike to go to school, catch the train to city. After all, you could hardly find this big house in town centre, could you :)
