We are chef couple, have one room to let.
House locate at west of the city, bus stop 10 on henley beach rd. It is one brand new house, a quiet nice place. 30sec to bus stop, 10 mins to city by bus, good for go to uni if u r student.3mins walk to IGA supermarket that open to 12pm everyday.
The room to let is furnished. U only need bring ur baggage when u move in.
