$130 Fully furnished including bills (Electricity, Gas, Water, internet etc) available in Hawthorn, a suburb of <6km from Adelaide CBD, and 2km from University of Adelaide Waite Campus.

Few mins walk to public transport, there's on street parking, near to Unley and Mitcham shopping centres.

You'll be living with a female full time working young professional. I'm clean and quiet.
