To share with a part-time female student social worker (40 years old).

Would suit a student. A quiet house. One cat. Large backyard with a vegetable garden.

Preferably a six month minimum with a view to a longer term.

Rent amount of $150 - with added costs of electricity and gas. Internet is available if needed and price can be negotiated.
