Master room: $150 (including electricity + internet + water ALL INCLUDED)

For couple: Both room could be connected by opening the door between, also you would have your own door for entering into the house. Rent would be $200 including everything except Electricity.

Rent to be paid every two weeks and Bond will be equal to 4 weeks rent.

Do you mean if a single person rent the master room, the rent is $150 per week including electricity,internet and water? Does the master room have exclusive toilet and bath room?
