7年前，200多名中国人都花了一大笔钱来南澳离阿德莱德市区1小时路程肉厂做劳工。4年劳工合同里，其中包括4年之内给劳工担保PR。4年过去了。。。肉厂没有音信，渐渐地，一些劳工跳槽到其它肉厂。这个肉厂借口说政府没有再批给劳工在南澳的劳工合同，暂时给每位劳工签的是过桥签证。害得这些中国人一年多时间无法回国探亲。有一次大部分劳工抗议罢工，但是又有一小部分劳工太软弱了，不团结，偷偷溜进工厂工作，向老板示好，巴结老板！！小人一个！！终于工厂答应继续签约合同4年，而且又答应给担保PR。这时又有一些劳工跳槽到偏远地方的肉厂工作，虽然偏远，老板答应给PR，一些中国劳工已经在这个肉厂拿到PR。忠厚老实的这些老员工还是相信这次老板给的承诺，继续在这个工厂无怨言的干下去。今年年初老板叫所有员工递交资料申请PR。好不容易熬出头了，拖家带口在这里辛苦这么多年，总算给个明确的答复。6个月--10月办理时间已经过去，难道还是工厂在拖延在搞鬼？我们去找移民中介代理公司，给我们一个答复，这个答复是：“你们的工厂又给拖延了’。还是工厂在搞鬼！因为，工厂老板知道中国人肯吃苦耐劳，他们担心我们拿到PR之后都跳槽了。怎么办？一直让他们这样控制着我们，我们这次必须采取一些行动。请问一些专家，我们是去找澳大利亚肉业工会？怎么找？请告诉我们肉业工会的电话号码，或者我们用什么方法更好的自我保护，媒体？寻找中国大使馆？怎么去告这个肉厂？

一方面，跟工厂直接交涉，告诉工厂如果不按原先的承诺履行，不但暴光工厂还要举报到政府部门，情节恶劣的，他们会进黑名单。
另一方面，向中国的劳务公司抗议，要求他们退你们的中介费，原因你懂的。逼他们跟工厂交涉，否则就让国内媒体暴光这个劳务公司。。。。

这种事情要尽快解决，移民政策一直在更改，拖的时间越长对你们风险越大。
换句话说，如果移民政策更严格了，将来及时工厂想帮你们办，也无法办成，岂不是要灰溜溜的回国？

是。你说的没错！4年刚满合同时没有要求考雅思。现在，不同了。而且，当时来的中国人之中有一些人是符合移民政策要求的条件，现在也变得超过年龄。

法律只相信证据，不同情弱者的。你有书面的或是口头录音的证据，证明你的肉厂雇主承诺给你转PR了吗？

T & R牛肉厂就是想长期使用低成本的劳工啊，根本也不会给员工转PR的，一来怕你们拿到PR后跑了，二来肉厂一旦担保了海外劳工转PR，政府的补贴就不给了啊，所以能为了你的PR而不要政府的高昂补贴吗？澳洲这么高的失业率，廉价雇佣中国劳工，这个肉厂已经很happy了的

无知的人还告诉你找中国大使馆？你作为中国公民如果在澳洲受了欺负或是安全问题的话，中国政府驻澳洲的大使馆可以保护你的。而你是为了拿别国的永久居民身份，中国大使馆怎么可能管这事啊？况且你也没有证据证明你的肉厂雇主不履行此承诺啊？肉厂雇主有承诺过给你转PR吗？证据有吗？？？

作为华人，我非常理解你的心情，我也想帮助你，所以直白的把事实讲给你，所以你要是有适合的其他雇主可以承诺你转PR的话，就离开这个不守信用的雇主吧！别无它法！

现在劳工已经批不过来了，因为连厨师都要考雅思了，我觉得你们有危险，还是尽快采取有效行动，但是怎么行动呢？我觉得。。。。。。除了法律和媒体就很难了。。。。。

另外我想问：工厂都按劳工法付工钱了吗？

是的。最早之前这个工厂有很多老外在工作的时候，每天都有一点奖金，后来慢慢减少了，到最后工厂连每天的奖金都不给了。只有个别的种类才有奖金。

何必呢，说实话你们为什么一定要为了这个永久居留在这里犯贱，当时你们每个人都交了很多钱给中介而且据我所知，这个中介把你们介绍过去的人是一个从大不列颠帝国移民到澳洲的白猪他个人从你们手里拿到了大概一百万奥比左右的中介费，这个人赚了这笔以后就回家养老了，那个牛肉厂这么对你们，其中有一个很重要的原因是你们不会英语还有就是没有身份
按照现在的政策你们换了雇主都已经没用了回国吧回国还不是好好的我们中国又不是二三十年前，说实话除了环境真比较下澳洲也不见得比国内好的多，何必再这里被人当猴子耍，

你们可以尝试找澳洲工会NUW：
http://www.nuw.org.au/
你们可以要求中文翻译的，点右下角那个interpreter service。他们会给有用的意见你，不过他们可能会要求你们加入工会。

如果工会不能帮你们，你们可以找律师或者媒体。说实话，能够有效帮到你们的组织并不多，不过你们可以努力争取，并且一定要保留肉厂给你们承诺的证据。
