They are looking for a responsible and neat female student. The house is in excellent condition(for safety reason, landlord would like not to put photos on internet),one room is available, it has a wardrobe,a desk and a chair and a single bed. very good location, 5min walk to bus stop 19(221,222,224,227,228) on main north road,3 mins walk to bus stop 19(G10,G11) on prospect rd, direct bus to city and Mawson lakes campus and ,walking distance to Northpark shopping center and Sefton shopping center. one single bedroom available now $125 include bill and internet.(The price is negotiable).
