你好我有一间房间出租。Henley Beach Road 第6站和第7站之间，走路去公交车站4分钟，走路去Torrensville Shopping Centre 10分钟，附近有银行，亚洲超市，foodland，subway, kfc, 各种餐馆，药房，还有一个剧院，开车去henley beach10分钟。房子不是在主路上，所以很安静不吵。房间内新床，新书桌，新椅子。中央空调。公共卫生不用你打扫，只需将自己的房间还有用过的区域打扫干净以便下一个人使用就可以了。基本的生活用品例如洗洁精，洗衣粉，垃圾袋，厕纸等都提供。独立洗衣房。公交车h开头的都有，15分钟一趟。想要锻炼身体的同学可以走路去thebarton坐免费tram。房间加你一共三个人，安静，好相处。欢迎来电预约看房 0402183205

你好，还在找房子吗，我家现在city 市中心tower 好房出租离唐人街8分钟 unisa city east 和阿大校区十分钟不到 roundl mall两分钟 tram车站也只要 2分钟哦
