为什么一定要在中国和香港按揭呢？在中国按揭的可能性没有，在香港可以的，但是超级不划算啊！难道你不考虑汇率的因素么？我们消费者再聪明也算不过银行啊，之前我知道有人在新加坡和香港贷款买澳洲房产，都哭了啊！

当然可以啦，用海外收入申请贷款，你去问问贷款公司吧，他们都做这个的

Yes, of course they can. But would u mind if I ask you why they would like to buy a property there? Is it for investment or?
