* the property address is in Mile End. It's so close to the city. It would only take you 4 minutes to get there by car and 10 mins via bus. The bus stop number is 4A which is a few seconds walk from the property. The bus number is J1/J2. J1/J2 bus goes to UniSA and University of Adelaide and you can take this bus to go to the airport as well. So it is a very easy and good location especially for uni students.
