房子是他自己的,他们经常上班很少在家所以家很安静的
他们家有自动清洁机器人所一直很干净,你只用保持你房间的清洁就好了
现在洗手间还有東西不过等原租客搬走就会清空
我没记错好像那洗手间只有一个人用,所以算是有自己的洗手间(最好自己打电话或短信问下)
房子很新是他们新买没多久的TOWNHOUSE,所以真的物有所值的.还能锻炼英语哦
而且空调是双马达(一般房子中央空调只有一个马达),让你过个涼快的夏天!!!!!
我只是和这泰国夫妻上班所以不是特别清楚房子的事

- not so much cooking.

150aud/week 2 weeks bond, room will be available after 30th November.
5 mins walk to train station and bus station.
10 mins walk to uni,library.
10 mins walk to Woolworth,target.
20 mins to the city by train.
If you are looking for the place for study here is your choice,House is very quiet, suit to any Uni students for doing their homework.
