主要是位置好， 出门就是餐馆，酒吧，快餐店， 购物，应有尽有。物有所值吧。

太贵。。不划算。。。极为不划算

rate is "$890.78 per person" (not for the entire apartment), 哈，可能是楼上误解了， 核算下来一个人每周208左右，在这个区域房价是有些偏高， 但是物有所值。交通购物都很方便。每间房间和中介直接签的协议， 不存在二房东：）

Basically every tenant needs to pay 450 dollars which's reasonable,actually quite inexpensive ,considering where the apartment's located and the nice conditions of that.
but preferably going to seek a room in southern direction far away from CBD.
