这位朋友，我不知道您参加的什么会，每年要400刀会费那么多，but this is not the case here.您可以不同意我们的理念，因为如果您是既得利益者，我当然明白既得利益者不希望劳工们知道自己有谈判的力量，您有您的言论自由，劳工们也有组织保障自己权利机构的自由，it's a free country. we respect you, and you should respect us too

您算下就好，如果正常20AUD一小时，一周35小时，按她领到时薪为 11快每小时欠缺9块，一周就算350一年52周=18200，再加上法定公共假期以及双休日时给予的倍数工资，我们大约算为一年2W，当然你也知道老板是不会给予保险 正常缴税之类，所以2年多的时间 只是单独赔偿工资损失大约5W，店里只有她一人如此吗？老板继续赔，试问上的税是合法的吗？税务局也要其赔偿还要付刑事责任，这家公司是否倒闭了？您自己想一想，还记得几年前那些韩国人抱下超市门口推小车的吗，可以了解下最后他们的下场，希望您不会听了担惊受怕 告诉您下我们已经慢慢组织起来了 祝您有愉快的一天，

会费确实有这个数字
以Australian Services Union为例子
一周是9元
一年是468
另外会员费用可以低税

关于走司法途径
很多案例确实需要1年多
以我自己了解的一个案子来说
耗时已经3年多了
目前还在进行中
谈判也好多次了
工人索偿5年10万
