Position available: Grill/ Cold Larder/ Pastry

The Successful candidate will have:

• Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with speed and quality.
• Great personal hygiene and grooming standards.
• Should be able to communicate, read and write clearly and effectively.
• Able to produce quality product in a timely and efficient manner for the guests or staff.
  

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Chef or Cook
• Availability to work full time
• Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment (e.g. grills and pans experience)
• Ability to remain calm and undertake various tasks under pressure
• Excellent time management abilities
• Up-to-date knowledge of cooking technique
• CERT III in commercial cookery/ partisserie
