We are food distribution company locatedat Regency Park dealing with local restaurants, cafes, takeaway shops, andgrocery shops. We urgent seeking for experienced Sales Admin staff to work withour team. Duties will include: Answering phone call and assistingcustomers with their orders Process customer orders and creating invoices with accurate data entry andcorrect pricing. Ensure all customers order are processed accordingly intime Dealing with customer enquiries; ensure customers haveaccurate product information and pricing. Follow up on all issues relating tocustomers, credits, payment, complaint, and delivery discrepancy Assist with customers pick up at the warehouse. Require a good communication withinoffice and warehouse Process credit card payments and follow up outstandingpayment as required. Liaise with warehouse and office for daily manifestrun in the morning Report to Sales Manager for any issuerelating to customers, products, and market information. Create and maintain excellent customerrelationships Skills required for this role are: Able to speak and understand English,Mandarin and Cantonese Previous office administration experience preferablein Food service industry Relevant experience in customer service,administration, and logistics/warehouse Excellent team player, telephone manner,communication, and organisational skills Strong organizational skill and theability to perform duties with tight deadlines under minimal supervision Demonstrate commitment to customer services Ability to work in fast, busy,detail-oriented environment and work under pressure Show initiative, keen to learn andpositive attitude
