One very large room is now available, in a very tidy four-bedroom house, run by a native English speaker, with nine years experience hosting international students. There is currently an Australian male, and a Chinese female (Adel.Uni Chem. Engineering) and a French female (Flinders Uni Geology)in the house.  The room is fully furnished, including; double bed with sheets, quilt and pillows, wardrobe, desk and table lamps, bookcases, coffee table, fan, heater, CD player, Digital TV, DVD player and more. Shared facilities include; bathroom/toilet, kitchen with all facilities and utensils, lounge, laundry and a relaxing tropical back garden.

The house is in the heart of the city, 2 minutes walk from the Central Market/Chinatown and Coles supermarket. You can walk to Uni or catch the free bus service ‘City Loop 99C’, which stops just around the corner from the house(City Loop clockwise get off at Morphett St, City Loop anticlockwise get off at the first stop on Grote St.).

$155 per week rent, which includes all electricity, gas and water costs.
Also included is 15GB of download on a high-speed (ADSL2+) internet connection.

       Female International students are preferred
Unfortunately being in the central city no long term car parking is available.
