Looking for International/Uni Student or Working profession who is very clean, quiet, considerate, stable, easy going, reliable and trusting. No party animals please.Preferbly the quiet studying type.
2 bedrooms available, large house in a very safe quiet suburb. Recently renovated house, fully furnished with fridges and washing machine. All the kitchen appliances are provided. It has own secure garage and large private backyard. Plenty of parking space.
Very close to public transport Bus: 222, 224, 228, 229
Close to Asian Grocery, Gepps Cross Market, Medical Centre, Pharmacy, Post Office, Ingle Farm Shopping Centre, Gepps X Centre, Mawson Lakes/UniSA.
The rent includes all the bills (electricity, gas, and 100G ADSL 2+ wireless internet). Plus 4 weeks security bond $520(it will be returned once you moved out)
I am young easy going, trusting and working professional, I work 9 am-6.30 pm, I'm not home during the day on weekdays. So need someone who one is will take responsible and look after the house too when I'm not available.
