研究生学历，营销、公关和/或商业专业；具体要求和职责包括：  

2、具备1年以上市场或公关领域工作经验；餐饮集团工作经验者优先考虑   

3、具备完备的图形设计术语、版面设计和设计标准相关知识   

4、具备完备的专业写作和口语沟通知识

5. 根据零售数据报告，第三方跟踪报告，以及其他市场信息，进行针对市场竞争的分析，发现市场机会，提出以提高市场竞争力为目的的有关产品开发

6. 负责制定新菜品上市计划，包括确认菜品定位，开发产品利益点，并通过有效使用市场传播工具如POP，促销，广告，公关活动等传递产品上市信息和产品利益点。

7. 负责各种市场投入，如广告策划。负责预算的监控和调整。

8. 管理市场团队，并对市场部成员和相关部门的员工进行市场培训和指导。负责评估和激励团队成员的工作。

Opportunity to bring your marketing expertiseinto our quickly expanding and award winning “CHINA CHILLI” restaurants,bringing to South Australia the authentic (and modern) Sichuan spicy cuisine.

Following our success in New South Wales, weare setting up a new SOHO style office in central Adelaide--you will lovecoming to work every day! You will be working closely with Senior Management tocreate, drive and execute marketing plans and strategies.

Charged with the responsibility of marketingthe China Chilli Restaurants brand in South Australia, your tasks include:

• Developing marketing plans suitable forAustralian restaurant industry;
• Planning, developing and organizing marketingpolicies and advertising campaigns to support sales objectives;
• Coordinating production of advertisingcampaigns involving specialized activities such as artwork, copywriting andmedia scripting;
• Undertaking market research;
• Communicating with local agencies andorganizations in promoting the branding of the restaurants;
• Working with third party vendors as needed;
• Working with therestaurant managers and chefs and monitoring restaurant presentation, andcoordinating product/service marketing activities;
• Providingtrainings to restaurant staffs in relation to marketing and sales duringcampaigns.
  

Salary: $65,000p.a. plus 9.5% superannuation

Hours of work:38-40 hours weekly

Successfulcandidate should agree to live and work full time in Adelaide, South Australia.Highly relevant Australian qualification in marketing is required. At least oneyear marketing work experience is essential.
