Under the direction of theexperienced tutor, the Intern will assist with many daily accounting, business administration,management and marketing activities follow month-end process.

Aboutthe Internship Position

We are now offering an UNPAIDinternship position within our office. Before the internship, our tutors willprovide you with a range of full function training to make sure you can workefficiently and to start your local business/management/accounting workingexperience. Please note that our staff has already done all work and theprogram is designed to provide trainees the opportunity to accumulate practicalexperience working through our internal accounts.

You will be assigned asupervisor to report to and we will evaluate your performance in a writtenreport to confirm your technical skills &experience.

DesiredSkills and Experience

·Fresh business admin/accounting/marketing/managementgraduates or in the final year

·Basic accounting background,would like to start a local career

·Excellent written and verbalEnglish and Chinese communication skills.

·High attention to detail,team player and proactive in all areas of work.

·Time Management skills, andability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.

Dutiesand Responsibilities

·Bookkeeping includingAccounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Bank and Credit Card Reconciliations

·Preparation of BAS statement

·Communicate with parents,students and teachers

·Process month-end andyear-end journals
