Rent fee is $395 perweek excluding bills.



As I am moving out urgently,I am very willing to leave all of my furniture and would prefer the new tenantto takeover them as well at reasonable price. All furniture is 1 and half yearsold, with good conditions.



Just to list fewthings, these include 1 single bed, 1 sofa bed, 3 desks, 3 chairs, 4small-medium size bookshelves, refrigerator, washing machine, vacuum machine, 3fans and little things like kitchenware and housewares. The price can benegotiated upon inspection.
