Hello there! A room is available on Anzac highway

the house is three floors townhouse and all the furnitures in the house are all brand new and I spend most of time living downstairs so basically the space is yours.
About this house, is super convenient to travel everywhere you want such as Glenelg Beach 10 minutes, CBD 10 minutes, Marion shopping Centre 10 minutes. Walk to Coles, Kmart, Kurralta Centre within 2 minutes, spend 1 minute walk to bus stop(M44, 241, 263/265), 5 minutes to Tram stop, 10 minutes walks to Train station and to everywhere you want to go!!

Super handy& cozy. The house was built early September 2021 last year. Totally brand new including high standards triple glazes sounds proof windows which means you are hardly to hear from outside of the main road (Anzac highway) The rooms are located on top floor.
Netflixing anytime you want who don’t like Sitting on a couch and enjoy the time ?!

I’m Owner of the house. We have one current PHD student who is from England living in this house it will not be renting out for another person. You’re more than welcome to sit back relax and enjoy the space with two of us and we are super friendly and no dramas, issues in the house.
I am currently working in the disability care. Part time Personal Trainer, Chef. Love watching Movies/Netflix and cheeky beveragino one or two or invite friends for an early house party sometimes and I usually cook nice food. We love hiking. And a Typical Gym junkie who loves to spend time at the local gym 24/7.
I’m tidy and clean the house at least 2-3 times every week(sometimes every second day) and I hope you can help to clean the house as well. The house is brand new so as a landlord I just wanted to maintain it you know what I mean:)
