The rent includes gas, water and electricity. Would be perfect for a student or someone traveling, as the unit is fully furnished the spare room has a Double bed and built in robe.

The unit has heating and cooling. There is also a spare carport if required. I have a wash machine, dryer and everything you need for cooking.

I have a nice size back yard, with a spa and outdoor area.

I work in the city and catch the train or bus (it’s a 20 to 30 minute trip) to work. It's about a 5 minute walk to the train station, bus stop and the beach. West lakes shopping Centre is also close.

What a great time to move in with plenty of summer still to come.
