【爆料Grahams表店】已更新，有中文英文双版！

因为感觉Grahams比较多洋人顾客，所以也想在英文论坛爆他们。
写了英文版的，迟些会翻译成中文在这里爆。气死了，快告诉我哪儿还能爆，我要到处去爆料！

我昨晚已经email Rado澳洲总部了，还没有回复。
也在Grahams Jewellers的Facebook上投诉了，他们直接忽视，没人鸟我。你们谁有时间上他们Facebook给我评评理吧。给他们一点群众的压力！http://www.facebook.com/grahamsjewellers

先上英文版的。
I sent a Rado watch to Grahams at Rundle Mall yesterday (Dec 28, around 6.30pm) to remove 6 links from the watch band. Look, I sent it to Grahams instead of other random watch repairs shops because Grahams is a Rado authorized dealer. But Grahams can't even do the simplest task -- removing links from watch band, without leaving scratches and hammering marks caused by pin removal tool. The lady totally denied it at first and said those marks and scratches were already there when I sent it in. Hello? If it's only tiny scratches, you could argue that I failed to notice them when I bought it. But hammering marks?! Would a newly bought watch have hammering marks caused by pin removal tool? After a while she said, and I quote: "You asked me to take the links off, I took it off. I am not responsible for the scratches. It's normal, and there's nothing I can do about it." At this point she kind of admitted the hammering marks were caused by her, but still, NO APOLOGIES were given, at all. And charged me $20 for this shit. So guys, be warned, send your watches to Grahams at your own risk. (They said) They are not responsible for any damages done to your watches.

我昨天把一只Rado表带到Rundle Mall上的Grahams（在Myer门口旁）调表带。我选择Grahams是因为他们也有卖Rado表，想说他们会比较熟悉吧。但是调好后我震惊了，表带上有刮痕，还有锤子造成的伤痕。那个中年女洋人否认是她造成的，说我的表本来就那样。如果只是细小的刮痕，或许是我之前没有留意到。可是锤子造成的伤痕呢？新买的手表怎么会有锤子造成的伤痕？
过了一会儿她说：“你叫我调表带，我就调表带，造成刮痕我可不负责。现在这样我也不能做什么。” 这时候她开始有承认伤痕是她造成的意思，可是整个过程中却完全没有道歉！还是照样收了我$20。

来人啊~

这英文写的很好 写作可以给八分 btw去公平交易委员会问问吧 或者联系rado总部去complain试试 这亏不能吃

要记下那个服务员的名字。。。然后去投诉。。。

上中文版了，中文有多少分呢？我是来投诉爆料的啦不是来考试的！
已经email Rado澳洲总部了，等回复，好心急啊啊啊啊。
公平交易委员会？这等小事他们会理吗。。。？

投诉Rado澳洲总部了，也在Grahams的Facebook上投诉了，Grahams没鸟我，直接忽视。
