About The Role
In many cases, you will be dealing with people who have never bought a home before and may find the prospect of doing so daunting. Your job is to make the decision an easy one, by listening to their needs and providing the right solution for them for now and the future. You will be making the finance crystal clear and helping people become comfortable with the numbers. Following the deal from the initial loan interview right through to settlement, you will ensure that the customer experience is an exceptional one. As any experienced broker you know essential to achieving this will be maintaining strong relationships with the lenders and making sure you comply with their policies and requirements.  It is through your going that extra mile that you will build a customer relationship that results in them thinking of you first when looking for their next home or when discussing the topic with friends and family.

About You

• Act with integrity, find it easy to forge genuine relationships quickly
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Energy and passion to provide the best in customer service
• Certificate IV in Mortgage Broking
• Previous lending experience or real estate sales

• 中英文流利，沟通能力强
• 具有良好的团队合作力
• 对房屋信贷行业有一定的了解和经验,有贷款证书,会计金融背景者,优先考虑
