We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our SA office in Welland.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong communication skills, and is looking to build a long-term career with a growing Australian business.

Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
• Process orders and support daily sales operations
• Coordinate with sales, procurement, warehouse and accounts teams
• Maintain accurate customer and order records
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Provide timely support and solutions to customers
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Strong English communication skills
✔ Professional phone manner and interpersonal skills
✔ Reliable, organised and detail-oriented
✔ Basic Microsoft Office knowledge
✔ Customer service/admin experience preferred
✔ Positive attitude and willingness to learn
