Education Counselor - Specialized in Australia Education System
Your responsibilities include:
- Providing accurate information and professional advice to prospective students, their families and other clients
- Facilitating the student enrolment process
- Assisting team leader to conduct marketing and promotional activities
The selection criteria include:
- Experience working in a similar role and understand the needs of international students
- Demonstrated sales achievement and the ability to work in a team
- Good MS skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English & Chinese. Applicants speak both Mandarin and Cantonese are highly regarded.
- High level of problem solving and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of Australia education framework and visa issues
- Experiences in organizing student activities are highly regarded
Admission Assistant 1 (part-time, 20 hours/week)
Your responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Providing customer services to students, clients and partner institutes
- Providing accurate information to prospective students and their families
- Assisting Admission officer and education counselors to facilitate the student enrolment process
- General office duties
- Handling incoming phone calls
Applicants who have experiences in working in a customer service environment and organizing student activities are highly regarded. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English & Chinese and professional phone manner are essential.
